Here you will find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the Beenleigh Yatala Motor Inn and Lloyds Restaurant & Function Centre.

Where are you located?
The Beenleigh Yatala Motor Inn, and Lloyds Restaurant & Function Centre are located just off the roundabout on exit 38 Pacific Motor way (M1). 1 Lloyds Lane, Yatala QLD 4207. The motel is central to Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
When is motel check in / check out and office hours? Can I arrive after hours?
Check in is from 2pm and Check out is at 10am. Late checkout is available till 12pm at a cost of $40.
Guests who have booked directly with us via our website qualify for a late checkout on Sundays.
If you are checking in after 8.00PM, call us on (07) 3807 2555 between 7.30AM and 8.00PM for instructions on access, as after 8.00PM our reception is closed. You will be able to contact an onsite manager outside of these hours.
Do you have a cot or microwave to hire?
Yes at a fee of $20 per item. The Studio Family and Executive Deluxe suites have microwaves already in them. Regarding the cot, we suggest you bring your own bedding. Alternatively you will be given a single sheet, however we do not supply a cot blankets.
Which is the closest airport and best transport options?
The closest Airports are Brisbane (50min), Or Coolangatta airpot (60min) and depending whether you are in a group or not is whether you should take the train from the airport to Beenleigh train station and a taxi from that train station to the Beenleigh Yatala Motor Inn.
Groups of 3 persons or more should take a taxi or Uber together from the airport to us. (cost around $120). Alternative is to hire a car from airport – ideal, as you can explore the surrounding area while you are here, as public transport in Yatala is limited.
Where are the closest shops and bottle shop?
The BP Service Centre is a 5 minute walk via under the freeway, however if you are looking for a bigger shop like Coles or BWS the closest is 3km southbound along the service road via Elderslie Rd, heading into Norfolk Village.
What is your booking, payments and cancellation policy?
We require notice of 48 hours to cancel your booking. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior attract a one nights accommodation fee.
Credit card (not debit card) details are required to SECURE your booking. Payment for room is usually taken on arrival or 48 hours prior if it is via a 3rd party website. Cash payers are required to leave a valid credit card or a security deposit in cash will be payable (amount at the managers discretion).
Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately no, we are not a pet-friendly motor inn.
Do you have off street parking and are there any parking fees?
Yes we have free undercover carport parking as well as free off street parking for large vehicles and trucks. There is also a large truck turning circle at the end of our street.
Is there free Wifi?
Guests who have booked directly with us via phone or our online booking page receive free wifi up to 1GB.
If you book with us through a website such as Booking . com or A goda, or any third party website, bookings may incur a wifi fee.
So basically, if you want free WiFi – book your room direct with us!
